In celebration of its 30th anniversary, GS1 Mauritius recognised the first 30 SMEs of 2024 to adopt its standards with a special gift ceremony at the MCCI Headquarters. The event acknowledged the vision and commitment of these businesses in embracing GS1 barcodes, which have played a key role in their growth and success.

Present at the ceremony were Mr. Sonny Wong, Chairman of GS1 Mauritius, Dr. Drishtysingh Ramdenee, CEO of GS1 Mauritius and Directors of the GS1 Mauritius Board, who highlighted the importance of early adoption of GS1 Barcodes in driving future innovation
